Forever ringing me up. It’s such a nuisance, like a relentless autodialer!

I've had this bloke ring me 5 times this week, and 4 of those calls happened in just 3 days! One day, he even called me twice. I’m on the TPS, so I don’t understand why this keeps happening. When I mentioned TPS, the guy seemed to think it was some kind of call blocker. I've asked him to take my number off their list a couple of times, but no luck. The annoying part is, I can't report them to the TPS since they refuse to say which company they're with. Quite frustrating!
