I've recently noticed this number ringing on my mobile. It's becoming rather tiresome as I've been bothered by other pesky callers before. It appears that if you’re not signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, you’re fair game for these sorts of disturbances. I submitted my TPS registration just under a month ago, so I'm unfortunately still in the firing line for calls until that period is over. Honestly, something needs to be done by OFCOM to put an end to this nuisance once and for all.
