I had the misfortune of dealing with some rather disrespectful individuals from a PPI claim company. They were incredibly dismissive and hinted at me lacking intelligence. Although they claimed to be based in Bury, they were using a Rotherham area code, which seemed rather dodgy. It's quite concerning as they don't seem to grasp that, once a formal request is made, they are legally obligated to take my number off their automated dialler.
