Had a rather unsavoury encounter with a supposed Vodafone representative who rang my wife. To say she was taken aback would be an understatement, especially as he inexplicably referred to her as "Luv"-not the best way to win someone over! He requested the final three digits of our account number, which raised a few red flags. When I tried to return the call, it was met with silence. Quite off-putting, if you ask me!
