Sounds like this bloke’s just some kind of joker making abusive prank calls.

This person keeps ringing up and wants to speak to the manager, but I just say the manager’s tied up every time! When I ask what it’s about, they just say it’s really important. I tell them, well maybe to you, and then they quickly end the call. Now I kinda compete to see who can hang up first! They’re pushing you to switch your electricity provider. Best thing to do? Just hang up straight away and block the number if possible.

This bloke kept insisting I was his missus, proper weird behaviour if you ask me!

I got a call from a bloke speaking with an Indian accent claiming he was from EON, my energy company supposedly. Thing is, I've never had EON as my provider, so it was strange he rang up saying my contract was ending and I had to switch to a new one. When I told him I wasn’t even a customer, he just said sorry and ended the call. Quite a bizarre experience really.

They've rang me loads of times, pretending to be from different electric firms. But now they've figured out who I actually get my power from, and that's the one they claim to be from.
