I got a call on my phone but couldn’t answer it quick enough and they didn’t leave any voicemail. The number initially seemed to start with 07498, which is usually a mobile. But once the call ended, it showed up in my call log as 01709 042942 instead. From what I’ve found on this site, that code belongs to Rotherham, and I don’t know anyone from there. Could just be a wrong number, but my gut tells me it was probably a scam.
