Claimed to be from Sky, inquiring about my router and all that jazz. Had a rather thick accent too. Every time I probed him for details, there was an absurdly long pause before he finally responded. His answers felt quite unconvincing, to be honest.

Had real trouble catchin what the guy was sayin coz of his accent. He was askin weird questions about my health and age like it was somethin to do with the pandemic. Got so fed up I just kept annoyin him till he gave up and ended the call. Never gonna deal with any of these cold-call scammers again.

Got a couple of calls today from some place called Ultra Savers or something similar. They rang me twice within hours, which was really annoying. Told them to remove my details from their records but they kept calling anyway. I ended up blocking the number on my phone. The caller spoke with such a strong accent, hard to catch what they were saying. Also reckon it might be one of those pricey numbers.
