I got a call from someone claiming to be with VISA, saying there was a possibly dodgy attempt to debit money from my account. Right away I thought it sounded iffy - a "VISA" call like that felt off. They started asking me for info about my account, which made me even more suspicious. When I didn’t give in, the person on the other end got quite rude and even started making threats. I cut the call short and contacted my bank. Thankfully, they said they've been dealing with similar calls and reassured me they’re on top of it.
