Received a call on my home phone, which I initially thought was from someone nearby since it came from the same exchange. A robotic voice informed me about suspicious transactions from my bank account and urged me to press a button to talk to someone. Utter rubbish. I've now blocked the number!

Got a call on my landline from this number 01708 771328, which I assumed was local since it’s the same area code. Turns out it was some robotic voice telling me about payments supposedly taken from my bank account, pushing me to hit a button to chat with someone. Seems like a total scam, so I just blocked the number straight away.
