Total scam. I got a call from someone pretending to be from O2 claiming my SIM was being upgraded, but they already had all my info. Next thing I know, they put through a new contract on my account for an iPhone 16 Pro. Had to cancel my card straight away, contacted both my bank and O2. The bank told me they’d treat it like an error and basically arrange for the phone to be shipped somewhere else so the crooks can sell it on the black market. Still dealing with all the mess now.
