Got a call out of the blue asking about the kind of insulation I had in my loft. They went on to ask if I was between 55 and 80 years old, clearly aiming at older people. I told them I wasn’t interested in any of their offers or investigations. Then they said it wasn’t a sales call but they’d pass my details on to their manager to get in touch later. Yeah right, just a sneaky way to get their foot in the door.
