They claimed it was the NHS and said they'd call me back in 24 hours. I'm currently undergoing cancer treatment, so it's a bit upsetting that they didn’t bother leaving a message. :(

It’s an NHS reminder call that only starts once you answer. They ask you to press a bunch of keys to make sure you’ll be there for your appointment.

It's annoying how they never leave a voicemail. They end the call quickly, then when I answer, there's just a message saying "You were called by the NHS, they'll ring back within 24 hours." If they do call me back, I probably won't be home since I’ll only be back the day before my appointment. Makes me wonder if this is just some pointless way to waste the taxpayers’ money!

While we were away on holiday, I kept getting calls from this number - about seven times! No clue what it was about. Wish they'd just left a message instead of calling so often.

So then I phoned the hospital myself, but the staff were quite rude and told me to only call that number between 9am and 5pm. Problem is, I’ve never been to or even been referred to that hospital before.
