8 yearsSomebody called saying they were from Talktalk, threatening to cut off our internet because of supposed viruses found on our router. We’ve been ex-directory for about 25 years, so not sure how they got our details. They even gave the correct Talktalk account number, which was pretty worrying. Tried sorting it out with Talktalk but, as usual, their customer service was useless and couldn’t really explain anything.
