When I pressed 1, it put me through to someone claiming to be Amazon Prime support, telling me my account was being used fraudulently to pay for Prime. I told them to call back in an hour so I could sort it out properly. Later I rang Amazon myself, and they said the company that called me wasn’t actually them.
