rcib called me and I thought it was fine at first, calling about my car insurance needing urgent attention. but when I tried to check with them, they said they couldn’t find any details on my policy at all. they said they’d phone me back quick, but it’s been like 20 mins and no sign of them. looking at online feedback, lots of people seem unsure about rcib, some even saying the prices shot up after they agreed to a quote. quite suspicious to me.

I received a voicemail purporting to be from an 'Insurance Broker', yet they were attempting to reach my partner instead of me. It's puzzling, as he has a completely different number, and I’m not quite sure how they ended up with mine!
