Since it was just a transfer, it ended up being my word against theirs. I reached out to the bank but never got my cash back. Really frustrating experience.

So this bloke from abroad calls me about some energy deal, right? Well, since I’m pretty decent at mimicking accents, I start copying his way of talking straight away. Next thing I know, I’m gobbing off about energy plans to him in some mangled English that even I could barely follow. Then, out of nowhere, he slams the phone down on me, shouting about damn foreigners! Honestly, it was a right laugh till then!

On 30/09/20, I got a call from a lady with a strange accent. She sounded foreign and it was a bit confusing trying to understand her. Definitely felt off, not really sure what she wanted.

Got a call from someone saying she was Sylvia from Energy UK, but the connection was terrible, like she was in a loud call centre. She didn't sound English and seemed to struggle with what I was saying. I ended up blocking the number straight away.

Had the rudest call ever, some bloke going on an incomprehensible rant about being from an energy company. He kept demanding to speak to my manager, like I was some sort of minion who couldn’t make decisions. Proper energy leeches, they are.

Said he was with some “Ed” company and claimed he’d helped a nearby business at number 321 - not sure there’s even a company there in that estate! He tried to get info on our broker. I told him no thanks and ended the call.

Beware of this charlatan masquerading as an energy supplier! I've been fleeced out of a staggering £10,500 for gas and electricity services. They took the money through a swift payment method, and now the crook still picks up the phone whenever it suits him, or leaves a lackey to field calls who flatly refuses to disclose their address. This is a right shady operation!
