I got a call on BT and they never said who they were, so I’m guessing it was either some scammer or a call centre. I’ve just gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Got a call from Liam today, no sales pitch but he was offering a free energy check. If he wasn’t trying to sell anything, why the random cold call? Also, he said he was my 'local' energy advisor, but why’s he working out of Romford then? Bit confusing, to be honest.

I received a call from this number earlier, but as soon as I picked up, they disconnected. I could make out some chatter in the background, which gave me the impression it might be linked to a call centre. Quite peculiar, if you ask me!

Picked up the call, but they ended it straight away.

so the number was exactly the same as above, just with the 044 at the front. my phone shows caller id and since i didnt know the number i decided to wait to see if it was an answerphone. but the call ended before it even got to that. ive put the number on my block list now.

For a couple of days, I kept getting calls but no one bothered to leave a voicemail.

Some woman called asking if Mrs Boss was there, but I told her she must have the wrong number. Then she said I sounded quite young on the phone, and I just said I’m actually 31.
