Got a recorded call with an American voice saying it’s ‘from BT’ and that my ‘internet connection has a problem’. They told me to ‘press 1 if you’re with BT, or 2 if you use someone else’. This is the second time in under an hour they’ve tried, but the first call came from Scotland, and this one’s showing up as from Welwyn Garden City. Definitely not expecting these calls so I’m going to ring BT myself to see what’s really going on.
