Got a call from someone saying they were from EE, asking if I wanted to sign up for a monthly phone plan. I politely said no and hung up. Pretty sure it was a scam since EE never makes cold calls like that!

This same number has been ringing me both today and last week. I’m based in Belfast, and my phone actually flagged it as a possible scam and blocked it.

I could hardly make out what the caller was saying but it seemed like they mentioned 'Curry's Mobile' or something similar. I kept asking them why they were ringing me, but after a few times they just ended the call. Annoying telemarketer for sure.

Whenever I get a call from a number I've never seen before, especially from some random place in the UK I've never had any connection with, and they never bother to leave a voicemail, I just know it’s one of those pesky spam scam calls. Feels like it’s always the same bunch of idiots just switching up their numbers all the time!

I saw the number but didn’t pick up since I didn’t recognise it, then I just blocked it straight away.

Someone called saying they were with EE and offered a 30% discount on my contract. I said I’d ring the official 150 number to check if it was legit, then they suddenly got quite pushy. Felt dodgy so I just blocked the call. Definitely looked like a scam to me.
