Got a call from an unknown number yesterday, so I picked up and said straight away, “Oh, what scam are you trying on me this time?” The woman on the other end just shot back with “you’re daft” before hanging up. Pretty sure I called it right - if she wasn’t trying to scam me, she’d have introduced herself properly. Might’ve actually stayed on the line otherwise.
