I got two calls back to back in about 15 minutes, with someone telling me my Amazon Prime subscription had been renewed and £59 taken from my bank. Problem is, I’ve never signed up for Amazon Prime. When I asked to speak to someone about it, they put me through to their sales dept. The guy I ended up talking to was really rude and just told me to go get a coffee. Honestly, if they call again, I’m just gonna hang up straight away.
