The thing is, I've never signed up for an Amazon Prime account in the first place! After that, I was put through to someone from their sales team. When I inquired about the situation, the chap was rather discourteous and suggested I take a break with a coffee. Well, let me tell you, if they ring me again, it’ll be a swift cut off from my end.
