3 yearsGot a call from a number that looked like it was local, but turned out to be an Amazon Prime scam. Amazon never phones you - they always send emails, so this was dodgy right from the start. They had a recorded message claiming I’d just been charged £95 for my Prime renewal and told me to press 1 if I wanted to talk to customer service. I obviously didn’t press anything because I renewed my Prime myself last month and I’m well aware it costs £95 now, as confirmed in the emails and online.
