I got a call from a local looking number and they left a voicemail, so I thought I’d give it a listen in case it was something important. Turns out, it was total rubbish - the message was all distorted and the line was crackly. Definitely not by anyone local, but I managed to make out that it was one of those usual Amazon Prime scam calls.
