Earlier this evening, we dialled this number twice within mere moments and received a voicemail consisting solely of beeping sounds. We've tried ringing back, but all we hear is that same monotonous tone. Has anyone got an inkling as to what’s going on, or perhaps where these numbers are sourced from?

I was jolted from my slumber at 4am today by a certain number calling me. It rang twice, and all I could hear was the annoying sound of a fax machine on the other end. Absolutely maddening! The area code seemed to be linked to Welwyn Garden City.

I received a couple of calls from this number on my office landline (definitely not a fax line). The sound it made was eerily similar to that of a fax machine connecting, which leads us to believe that’s likely what it was.

The incessant bleeping sound of a fax machine is driving me up the wall!

Hello there! It appears that this number was flagged as a Virgin dial-up internet line, but I can confirm it doesn’t belong to Bibby, as I am a BT Broadband user. The individual who shared this info clearly got it wrong. The area code relates to Welwyn Garden City, whereas I’m actually based in Edinburgh and have no business ties to that region. Just thought I’d clear that up! Cheers!

Hello there! It seems I've come across an error regarding this number. It's identified as a Virgin dial-up internet connection, but that doesn't correspond to my situation as I’m currently using BT Broadband. The details shared online are misleading. To clarify, the area code is linked to Welwyn Garden City, while I’m actually situated in Edinburgh and I don’t have any business ties in that region. Cheers! Bibby.

I recently received a call on my business fax from a financial services firm known as BIBBY. Their contact number for the Edinburgh branch is 0131 662 3200. For anyone who might find themselves dealing with this company, I highly recommend lodging a formal complaint. You can send your correspondence to BIBBY Factors Scotland Ltd., Unit Two, Block B, Kittle Yards, Causewayside, Edinburgh, EH9 1PJ. Alternatively, you can reach the legal department, headed by Sheila Gardiner, via email at [email protected].

Since October 2010, I've had the peculiar experience of receiving four calls from this number. Two of them came in at around 2 a.m. on the same day, while the others were a bit more spread out, one ringing in at 10 p.m. on another occasion, and the last one at 7:30 a.m. On numerous attempts to return the call, I've found the line to be perpetually engaged. If anyone has the foggiest idea about the identity of these callers or the rationale behind these odd hours, I’d be absolutely keen to get to the bottom of it!

We reside in Turkey and received two calls from this number this evening. It honestly felt akin to a fax handshake, rather peculiar!

I received a couple of phone calls just after 11 in the evening while I was fast asleep, and to my surprise, all I could hear was the noise of a fax machine. Whenever we tried to return the call, the line was perpetually engaged. What a curious situation!
