Today around 1:20pm, I got a call from what said it was Amazon, but it was a robotic voice telling me I owe £79. They said to press 1 if I want to talk about it and that the money would be taken from my account. The number showed up as from somewhere in Welwyn Garden City, UK. I looked it up on this site to see who it was, and honestly, just be careful. I ignored it and blocked the number straight away. In the last couple of weeks, I’ve had at least two calls like this claiming to be Amazon and one from some benefits office. It’s best to just hang up and block them.
