I've noticed that my BT phone bill keeps racking up thanks to calls made to this number, and it's quite frustrating! I've been dealing with this ongoing issue for a fair amount of time now, and it seems I'm not the only one, as quite a few others have mentioned it too. From what I gather, this number seems to be linked to the Mears Pendant alarm system. I’d appreciate it if this could be sorted out promptly!

It concerns the Mears pendant; when the battery is running low, it sends a notification to Mears, which is why it appeared on my invoice. Fortunately, I've managed to get it all sorted now!

I've noticed that same number appearing on my bill too, and I've already informed BT about it, but frankly, they seem completely disinterested in resolving the issue. It's quite frustrating! I did call the number out of curiosity, only to discover it was a fax machine. What on earth can we do to put an end to this nonsense?

I've noticed that this number appears on my phone bill, indicating that I've made calls to it, but I can assure you, I haven't dialled it even once. It's showing up as a repeated charge, nine times, no less! Quite puzzling, isn't it?

I stumbled upon this number while going through my mum's phone bill, and it appears she's called it 11 times in just the past month. Like someone else pointed out, I reckon it's linked to her wellbeing service. Thankfully, she doesn't get charged for these calls, but it’s quite frustrating since her alarm seems to be playing up and keeps ringing, which explains those frequent calls on her bill. Still, I'm inclined to believe it's indeed associated with the wellbeing service.

This number has been billing us a couple of times every month, even though we've set up a filter and allowed our calls to go straight to voicemail. Each time, we’re hit with a charge for a brief 15-second call. It's nothing short of harassment, really.

I’ve just checked my bill and noticed a rather peculiar entry. Apparently, I placed a call lasting 1 minute and 18 seconds at 12:55 on the 4th of July - but I can assure you, I absolutely didn’t make that call!

I noticed this number appears on my grandad's phone bill, but he claims he’s never actually called it. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation or have any thoughts on what might be going on?

As a caregiver for an elderly gentleman residing in assisted living, I often come across this number when the well-being service fails to reach him during their scheduled check-ins. It can be quite infuriating, to say the least, as I'm unable to return the call once I've popped in to ensure he's alright. From what I've gathered, this isn't some dodgy scam, but rather a legitimate call centre committed to making sure vulnerable individuals are looked after every day.

I’ve noticed this particular number has appeared on our bill four times each week, always on a Thursday around 8 PM. The charges amount to 2 calls at 18 pence and another 2 at 17 pence, leading to a grand total of 68 pence between the dates of 30th October 2014 and 20th November 2014. It’s all rather peculiar as I’ve never encountered anything like this before. There were no incoming calls; it didn't even ring! I'm at a bit of a loss as to how this has all come about. This definitely came through on my BT landline.

I've noticed a charge for calling this number on my bill, but I can assure you I've never made any such call, nor do I have a clue who it belongs to. Is there any way you could assist me with this situation?
