BEWARE OF SCAMS! Got a call that ended up connected to some call centre in India. The bloke said he was from 'Tech Support' about my slow broadband. His English was pretty bad. Never once did he ask me any security questions (not that I was going to give out anything). I let him go on with his script for a bit, then I asked why he hadn't asked me any security checks yet. He said he’d do it next, so I told him to prove he was legit by telling me when my last support call was and who I spoke to. He hung up quicker than you can blink.
