The total cost for those calls came to just shy of £3.50. It’s a small amount, sure, but I was taken aback when I received an alert from my mobile provider regarding unexpected call charges, especially since I don't typically make outgoing calls from this line. It did raise my eyebrows a bit to be billed like that while merely trying to gather information as a potential customer. It makes me wonder if this is an early hint of what to expect if I were to become a contract customer seeking assistance down the line!
