We let a call slip through the cracks, but when we got in touch again, the gentleman on the other end was absolutely delightful! He took the time to clarify how they could assist us in getting back our business bank charges. Since then, we've gone ahead and lodged a claim with their help.

I've received a barrage of calls from this number on my home phone, only to let them ring out. After doing a bit of sleuthing, it turns out they’re associated with a bank offshoot called Right2Reclaim. They're relentless with their multiple calls throughout the day, and they seem keen on hanging up before I can answer. Not a chance I'm ringing them back!
