5 monthsWell, this looks like a Rochdale number again. No voicemail or anything. I was supposed to get a call about my prescription check at 9.50am but nothing came through. Then they ring at 11.20am instead? Shows how trashed the NHS systems are, making folks wait around for ages just in case. The worst bit was when they warned me that my meds could be stopped if I didn’t have this review - which, by the way, wasn’t done by my actual doctor!
