I've been getting loads of calls from 01706 640009, and every time I answer no one speaks. It's like they're constantly bothering me throughout the day. Really annoying!

We didnt pick up the phone and they left no voicemail. Still, they kept ringing back like six more times spanning four hours! All that persistence was pointless though - now the number’s blocked!

A lady called me once saying something about Microsoft and an urgent computer issue, asked me to ring back. Since then, the calls kept piling up without any voicemail, getting pretty annoying. Yesterday alone I got 9 calls and today 4 already, still no word left on the answerphone.

I got a call from a bloke with a foreign voice claiming to be from Microsoft. He kept going on about problems on my PC and said some files might be damaged or something. I played along for a bit, acting like I was interested, then just put the phone down. Could still hear him yammering away after that - hopefully, that was a pricey call for him. I’m no spring chicken at 75, but I’m not daft!

we've had three calls from the same number today. the first one came in and my wife picked up, it was supposedly from microsoft. she just said "no thanks" and hung up. the other two went straight to the answerphone, so at least we didn't have to deal with them.
