I received a rather peculiar phone call that seemed awfully mechanical. An electronic voice informed me it was from the Visa Fraud Division, talking about some dubious transactions on my credit card. Quite unsettling, to say the least!

My call blocker stopped a ring from this number earlier. I've gotten loads of calls from this exact number and others that are almost the same. To me, these seem like scams or dodgy attempts trying to trick people, so I treat them as risky. I always make sure to report these to Action Fraud and also put them on the telephone preference service to try and stop them.
