They managed to hack into my computer and nearly cost me about £800, but luckily I contacted my bank quickly and they blocked the payment, so I didn’t lose a penny. After reaching out to Microsoft themselves, they told me they never make unsolicited calls and don’t have access to my info or number. So yeah, any call where someone claims they’re from Microsoft is dodgy as hell.
