Somebody pretending to be from TalkTalk, this woman who said her name was Lisa (which seems odd 'cause Lisa isn't a common Indian name as far as I know), was definitely trying to scam me. I swore at her and just ended the call immediately.

I got a call from someone saying they were from TalkTalk’s Tech Support. The person had a really strong foreign accent and there was a lot of background noise like a busy office or call centre. I just ended the call straight away. Loads of times I’ve been getting calls from folks saying they’re from TalkTalk, and I’m pretty certain they’re all scams. I can’t be 100% sure, but I’d bet it’s dodgy.

I received three calls in quick succession. When I picked up, there was no one on the line, and then an automated voice just said 'goodbye' before the call ended. Quite strange, really.
