Totally a SCAM! Someone called claiming to be from TalkTalk, my landline and broadband company, saying my internet speed was rubbish and they could sort it out. I was suspicious when they said I should be getting 80 MB/s - TalkTalk have always told me it's under 20 MB/s. They tried to get me involved in some ZOHO screen sharing thing. I reckon the plan was to take over my computer and probably put viruses or ransomware on it. Watch out for this!
