Got a call from the Rating and Valuation office, RVA, wanting to “assist” with my business rates. I said I wasn’t interested, but they just kept pushing and wouldn’t back down. Eventually, they ended the call on me. Proper rude! Don’t bother answering if you get them, it’s a waste of time.
