Got a call from someone saying they were BT trying to sort out a problem with my router. They kept saying they needed to run some scripts on my device to "show the problem," but it sounded off to me. When I asked what exactly they were doing, they got quite rude and pushy. Definitely didn’t feel right.

I got a call from someone who said they were with BT but the moment I asked what it was regarding, they just hung up. Reminded me of this call I had a few weeks back where a bloke pretended to be from BT and threatened to cut off our internet if I didn’t give out my info. Sounds dodgy to me!
