I’m quite sceptical about the authenticity of their claim. They’re scheduled to visit first thing tomorrow to carry out a fix, but I’m in two minds about allowing them access. I think it’s wise to contact the council directly to verify the legitimacy of this arrangement. What do you all reckon?
