To be frank, they seem to be reaching out to individuals, but I really don’t view it as a scam; rather, they're just trying to offer support for those struggling with debt. When I rang the number back, I was greeted by a genuinely courteous and friendly individual—no shenanigans whatsoever.

I've received nuisance calls on two separate occasions now.
