I called about a health and safety issue and was told to send an email, but then they said they don’t even have email access! Sounds like a total scam to me.

Someone called saying they were with HR and needed to tell us about new HR policies. When I asked for an email instead, they got pushy and insisted on getting my full name, threatening to report me for not letting them share the updates. I then asked if they were from any official government agency and they just ended the call.
