Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent, and honestly, I could barely catch what he was saying. He claimed to be from BT and said my internet was crawling and they could sort it out. I just said thanks but no thanks, I’m fine as it is. I’m pretty sure BT doesn’t call people out of the blue about slow internet - they make you ring them yourself. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
