They’ve been quite deceitful, essentially claiming that there are funds owed to me that are merely ‘noted in their records’. It seems my details were passed on to them by my insurance provider, possibly a third-party insurer, or perhaps a car rental service. It’s been more than a year since my accident, which was not my fault, by the way, and there were no injuries. I have no desire to entertain any absurd claims. It's concerning how these firms are driving up our insurance premiums.11 yearsI recently checked my voicemail on my landline and heard a rather perplexing message: "Due to a technical issue, we are unable to connect your call.
