Got a call on my landline from a bloke with a bit of an Indian accent. He knew my name, said he was ringing from some housing maintenance group, contacting council and association tenants. Wanted to know if I had any problems like damp, mould, or subsidence, and then if I knew anyone who could help sort that stuff. Felt dodgy, so I’ve blocked the number. Definitely looks like a scam to me.
