I've received a multitude of calls from this particular number, claiming I've been involved in an accident, which is simply untrue. Despite my requests for them to take my number off their list, the calls keep coming. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do next; for now, I've opted to just disregard their attempts!

I received a rather dubious cold call recently, claiming my details were flagged due to an alleged accident with a northern vehicle in the past three years. When I pressed them for specifics on the car involved in this supposed mishap, they couldn’t provide any clear answers. It seems their tactic is to catch someone off guard, hoping that a simple 'yes' might slip out regarding a date or a location. Once they have that, they’ll act like it’s all documented in their records. I reckon for every ten calls they make, at least one unsuspecting individual bites the bullet, and then they're straight into pitching a so-called service that you never even asked for! Quite a crafty little scheme, if you ask me.

They make use of your area code, which can easily mislead you into thinking it's someone you recognise on the other end. Just disregard their calls.

I answered the call, but there was utter silence on the other end.
