Had a bloke ring me claiming he was from some independent life insurance firm. Knew my name straight away, which caught me off guard. He wanted to go over a review there and then. I said no thanks, but he kept pushing, asking why I wasn’t interested. Told him I prefer to pick these things myself and not have someone ringing me constantly. He got really annoyed and didn’t take no for an answer. I ended up hanging up and blocked the number. Came up as ‘Rochdale, England.’ Definitely a scam, watch out!
