Got a call earlier today, and the moment they mentioned insurance, I knew it was just some cold call. Ended the call straight away and blocked the number. Done with that!

This number keeps ringing me about twice every day for almost a week now. I never pick up when it shows on my caller ID, but they just hang up and never leave any message on my voicemail. It’s pretty annoying!

Got a voicemail saying it was from my ISP warning that my internet would be cut off soon. They asked me to press 1 if I wanted to talk to someone. Definitely just another scam trying to fool people!

Got a call from someone with a really slow English accent saying my “BT broadband and phone line would be cut off. Press 1 to sort it out...” Honestly, I don’t even have BT, so it made no sense to me. I guess a lot of folks must have caught on that calls with fake American or Asian accents are dodgy scams, so now they’re switching it up. Funny thing is, the legit BT calls I’ve had before were from people with Northern Irish accents. Maybe scam artists will start using that now too. Blocked the number straight away.
