This morning, I got a call from this number. It was an automated message claiming to be from the tax office, saying I'd submitted a wrong tax return and there’s apparently a warrant out for my arrest. They said the police would be coming to my house soon. They told me to press one if I wanted to chat with an advisor. Having worked for the tax office myself, I know that’s completely not how they behave. I even rang the number they gave, but it turned out to be an unregistered phone line. Total scam, in my opinion.
