I told the bloke on the phone that this number shows as a scam on my caller ID, and he asked me why I'd think that. They sounded really pushy and quite rude, so watch out as this seems like a scam. I cut him off before he could get into his usual spiel, so not sure if they're still trying to sell broadband or if they've changed their script.
