He introduced himself as Marcel from ReviewYourCover and then began probing me for all sorts of personal information-like details about my family and children. I made it clear that I hadn't authorised anyone to share my information, nor to receive calls like this. After that, I didn't hesitate to hang up on him.

Upon probing them about the name of the firm they represented, they evaded the question, insisting that divulging such details would be unlawful. What’s particularly disconcerting is the fact that they had both the mobile number and the owner’s first name at their disposal. Quite alarming, if you ask me!
