This bloke claimed to be some kind of area safety coordinator and said he was calling folks aged between 60 and 90. But as soon as I tried to ask him a simple question, he just hung up. Seems like a total scam, probably targeting older people who might be on their own.

so, I got a call about some emergency response system they’re supposedly setting up nearby. I told them I live in independent living and already have one installed. right after I said that, the call just dropped. weird.
